From page one you are taken on a ride so wild you find yourself gripping the seat and praying you'll make it through. I have read books in the past that have made me feel sick because of the things happening but I've never had one that made me feel sick with worry for the characters, until this one...
I feel as if I know Mikey and Nina personally after following them through this journey of theirs and watching things unfold is Bernhard on the heart and thrilling at the same time.
I cannot thank Ms Riley enough for producing such would characters and books and personally I can not wait for the next part of the series to be released. If I'm honest I'm not sure what I am going to do with myself until then.
The introduction of these new characters has developed and expanded this universe to a point of change and direction, whilst still holding on to the core of what has made these books amazing. I won't say too much, but there are certain point in this book that are truly shocking (one more so than any other) and one speech, towards the very end. This speech is one of the most powerful and poignant I've read within this saga. That speech encapsulated power, strength, hope and courage. I'm looking forward to Odium V as I have many questions and predicaments that need answering. Another fantastic addition to the saga.
Highly recommend 😊
Can't wait for the next installment
Another cliff hanger, and I'm on the edge of my seat for the next installment... Again!!!
I love the way these are written. In the fictional world of the zombie apocalypse theses characters are believable... You can image that their relationship and interactions are something that could happen. I love how the characters are imperfect, and the interwoven love story isn't gushy and over the top. The characters are gritty and have baggage.
It feels like time has been taken to really think about where the story will progress to next. And there's no anticlimactic wishy washy endings like in soooo many others series. Also I think alot of other authors could do with her proof reader as I've never been distracted from the story with stupid mistakes.
