Top Customer Reviews
with lot's of songs old and some new ones as well from Ozzy fantastic stuff
not to be missed..
Sad to say this but some songs or tunes have bean redone in a new style...
But this is a album from Ozzy doing his own thing these days
So five gold stars for this album and for the music... fantastic stuff
Plus I must add that some of the album covers go down very well adding
a new touch to his music....
Bringing out new songs all the time brilliant...
OK I hear you say it's not that new but for some it mite be for their collection
(see photo's with my review )
Now don't forget to play them loud and enjoy them on good speakers
from AMAZON's DJ Speaker store...
P.S... yes the big one's flash to the music...
well,aren't they all???
I would say that the choic eof titles of this album
make it an unavoidable item to own for every
good ozzy fan!
a great buy anyway!and not too expensive!
Make no mistake, Randy Rhoads and Bob Daisley created the bulk of the Ozz classics in the 80's. Which brings me to my main gripe with the album - the wholly misleading sleeve notes, which have no reference to Daisley as Ozzy's prime lyicist (no doubt due to the ensuing legal battle by Bob for unpaid royalties fron the Osbounre empire) They even have the gall to bastardise his name- deliberately in my opinion- to 'Bob Daisy' !!!! Ditto for Bob's co-respondent Phil Soussan ('Phil Susan')
Such cheap shots seriously devalue what musical merit is on the CD, but then is typical of Mizz Shaz O, who had Daisley & Kerslake's parts re-recorded by others for the re-issues of the first few albums a few years ago.
If you wanna hear Ozzy in all his fractured glory (before he met Sharon and became a media whore) then pick up the first 4 Sabbath albums and leave this flawed collection on the shelf.
