I first received my grip case last week and it found it far too tight and rigid to fit around my Switch -- so much so that I was worried it was damaging it. I asked for a refund and left a bad review. However, Orzly got in touch to apologise for my experience of they assured me that I had received a faulty product. To make it up t me, they offered to send me a free, non-faulty grip case. I accepted. It arrived today and it works well. It's a marked improvement on the Switch's comfort without the grip. The material is hard-wearing and will obvious protect my Switch if it falls. It takes about 15 seconds to put on and take off. I really appreciated the way Orzly handled my issue; I'm impressed with their level of service and felt obliged to come back here and leave a positive review.

this is a fantastic case. The build quality is fantastic and it is very comfortable to hold, a definite step up over just using the Joy-Cons.

I only have two issues with this case:

1. The material on the smoked grey version is very shiny and attracts greasy fingers like crazy. This can make it feel a bit strange in the hands. But either wash your hands after eating or wipe the case and its sorted.

2. This is my biggest issue. The top of the case near the L and R buttons sits a lot higher then the buttons. The case also sits to close to these buttons. I found that when playing games that require the use of these buttons they can feel a bit strange and i found my self pressing the edge of the case rather than the button.

I would love to have kept this case as it is very comfortable but the shoulder button situation makes it unusable for me, so i have now asked for a refund.

Exactly what I was looking for! I often got cramps while playing on my switch in handheld mode for extended periods of time and this has totally solved that. At first I was unsure on the all red design but I came to love it and looks great on my switch with the grey joy cons. I was also surprised to find out it fits the official 'Nintendo Switch Accessory Set - Carry Case + Screen Protector' be it very snug and only in one orientation but it fits!

Cons: Only negatives I can say about this is that it won't fit on the dock with this case on so removing it is necessary to dock & it can make slight noises as you move your hands around the case as the fit isn't 100% snug although I don't think it would be very easy to put on/off if that was the case

I loved the packaging that comes with the case and the case itself. It feels solid and it's comfortable to hold for long periods of time.

However I had a few issues, the first was getting the Switch device into the case it was tough. It wasn't as simply as bending the case and easily slipping in the Switch, I had to use more force than I would have liked...also once its on taking it off was just as hard. I was worried I'd damage my device. As comfortable as it felt holding my Switch whilst housed inside the case I decided its best without it, as its just too tight and taking it on and off when I needed to put it on my dock felt like a chore. The other gripe I had with it was while the case is well cut allowing the different openings and ports to be accessed with ease, the power button wasn't as easily accessible with the case on. That's just my personal experience with this case, some of the things I mentioned might not be a problem for others but for me it was...I would have returned the item had I not felt like forcing it would put pressure on my device, instead I had to cut the case to get my device out. I see what the makers were going for and this was so close being a great product for anyone wanting a great grip case for their Switch device.

We bought our son a Nintendo switch last year
He found the console incredibly hard to hold
And to use the control buttons at the same time
My son is autistic and has particular problems holding things
This happened with the switch and was not played with
When we found your product of comfort grip we bought it hoping it would help him to hold it
And hey presto it did
The product gives the console more definite shape and weight
My son can now hold it comfortably and it has allowed him to play confidently
Giving him a lot of enjoyment
Not enough add ons are made with people with disabilities in mind and although this product
Was not made for this purpose it certainly works for my Son and I would recommend it for anyone to try
May I also say the poke ball that has recently come into the market is another amazing product
For a person with disabilities to simply hold it in your hand with one button and the act of throwing the ball
Is fairly simple and the result they get on the screen is instant
I would recommend these products to anyone of any varying abilities
I now have a very happy son who uses these products every day

After suffering from the switch gamers 'sore wrist' affliction I realized I needed a cover/case with grip handles, The ORZLY comfort case was the right choice as its taken the strain off and solved the problem almost instantly. Flexible enough to remove easily when going into dock mode, soft feel material without having that cheap rubbery coating, perfectly snug when fitted so it doesnt shift around or come loose at the edges, access to all the ports and slots including plenty of space around the kickstand, and best of all the switch still fits in my carry case even with this product fitted.

Overall very happy with this item, well worth the purchase.
