The textbook OCR Criminal Law for A2 is yet another wonderful Jacqueline Martin textbook (edited by Sue Teal).
What is especially useful about the book is the wonderful use of colour boxes to explain important case law. Some very good self-test questions are used, together with some examination questions, to aid revision. Without doubt a key part of this textbook is the fact that it includes the recent reforms for Diminished Responsibility and Loss of Control.
I can highly recommend this textbook for all A2 Criminal Law students.

If you are doing Law at A level the book will understand much easier. I'm currently doing law within my Access course and since buying this book I understand law terminology a lot more. It also has many famously cases within the book which are well explained. These helped me complete my assignment on causation
