Loved this series of Sugar Town and so glad Pepper and Sammy got there story told absolutely loved there characters most of the time you wanted to bang there heads together but they found each other in the end after everything they go through to get what they wanted all along. Loved all the other characters being in there as well after reading there story's its nice that it all comes together.

Can you believe a title this cute and fuzzy like, having some serious things going on? I was expected giggles, and lame jokes, maybe feeble attempts at comedy.
But it was serious.
I was so engrossed and loved reading Sams point of view, how much he loved her.
It was so easy to connect to pepper , mental illness is not seen as an illness. It's overlooked. Ignored, belittled.
But this amazing writer wrote about it, and made it a love story.
And she was and is loved every day. By fireman Sam!
God!

I wasn't sure if I wanted to read this book, I just finished the 3rd in the series this morn and was I decided about this one but thought what the hell. I'm glad I did, even though this book made me ugly cry so bad the last 1/4 there were parts I was laughing so hard I was crying too!! It was a great mix and something I wouldn't necessarily pick up normally!! I loved pepper most of the book and my heart broke for her!! Great story.

Love Carmen Jenner's Sugartown series.
Fun and frolics abound, but the stories all have an edge to them as well. And
sometimes that edge comes a bit too close for comfort. Worth a read.
