It discusses in depth the changes in residency rules, including the new statutory residency test from April 2013.
Included in the book is a very useful checklist of things to consider prior to moving abroad, which should make it a must buy for anyone planning to leave the UK.

The advantages of being non-domiciled are discussed in Chapter 7 but I would suggest checking out another of the authors works 'Tax Saving Tactics For Non-Doms' if this subject is of particular interest, as this is a whole book devoted to the topic.
As with his other books, Lee Hadnum has written in a clear and precise manner, simplifying the jargon so that a really complicated subject suddenly becomes less daunting.
As always Lee's writing makes the hardest of tax laws easier to understand and as if he knows just how the lay person thinks he gives scenarios to help explain the most technical details. Get your copy of the book today and be prepared to help your tax preparer save you money.
