Had this phone for about 6 months. It has superb build quality,a huge screen and tremendous functionality, everything you could ever need plus a huge 8gb memory. The phone has never frozen or failed to work in any way.It does everything i want it to do and does it brilliantly.I use it as an mp3 player more than a phone and the 3.5mm headphone jack means you can use any headphones and the sound is unbelievable. It truly is a beautiful phone.

I've had this phone for about a year and a half now, and it's been reliable right from the word go.

The smart-phone functions are great - internet is easy to navigate, and the battery copes well, as long as you don't keep Wifi detection switched on after you finish with it.

Sound is great, and the track playing functions are easy to use, and intuitive. The one niggle I have about this phone is file management - there's lots of space for photos and mp3s (even mp4s), but the software Nokia use is really dodgy. It might be my phone, but I've found it a real pain to use when linking up to my computer - sometimes it won't connect, and at other times, the files are put in odd places.

I find the camera functions difficult to get to quickly - often the moment has passed before I get to take a snap of it.

It's looking a bit worn out and old - the buttons have lost their silver coating, and the coloured plastic underneath is all too clear, and the screen has strange little clumps of scratches where things have rubbed against it when it was in my pocket, I think. Some of the rubberised finish has come of the back, too. But the slide opening still works fine, and all the digits have survived the use very well too.

If you're not going to use the internet via mobile, then you don't really need this phone in my opinion; there's a lot of cheaper options out there these days too. Second-hand, these phones are a bargain though.

It will not charge via the mini USB port unless you have a special Nokia cable.

Overall - a hardy device with a few niggles here and there, but still a classic design.

Edit 20/04/12: still going strong, although the battery has become slightly unpredictable.

Having owned one of these for 2+ years, i have to say its the best phone ive ever owned. All the functions, the camera takes some superb pictures, its easy to use, looks good, etc. overall its spot on

However the speakers don't seem to last very long. ive blown two sets. Nor do the volume buttons, they break very easily. but its cheap to get them fixed. other than that, its very reliable and i would recommend this phone to everybody

purchased phone in october but the charging unit struggled from the start eventually wouldn't charge at all. To be fair seller agreed to replace but tried to insinuate that I had damaged the phone in some way. Replacement phone arrived but again charging connection very poor have to turn phone on end to charge. Overall not happy with the purchase

I was so disappointed with this phone, the screen did not show any light, the speaker was secured with a sellotape inside. The product should not be sold for £100. That was the most disappointing phone I could ever think of. This kind of money mongers should not be encouraged by amazon.

The phone itself was not "like new" as the description said. Alot more wear and tear of the phone, the battery cover didnt close properly and kept falling off. The phone contents were not properly deleted as I still saw information of the previous owner on it.
Plus the description said I was to expect the USB sent within 1business day, but I still havent recieved it till today.
Although the delivery was efficient, i wasnt impressed at all with the phone....

This mobile telephone is reasonable. The predictive text is a pain as it trys to take over & put what it wants to, & not what you want. Screen size is good.

Does everything you might want from a phone but not always very well and at the cost of a very short battery life.
