It is very reasonably priced, and the cheapest dual SIM phone I could find. The construction is rugged and seems built to last, the plastics don't feel as cheap as I expected them to. The built-in flashlight is a useful feature and otherwise the phone just keeps it simple.
One thing to consider is that PAYG sims from Three Mobile (and possibly others) don't work with 2G phones. Easily solved - Three Mobile just lost my custom!
Worth noting that this seems to be some East-Asia model, so while the phone has an English language options, the manual (if you think you need it) has no English section at all. And there’s an ‘R’ symbol next to the network indicator even though I’m using a U.K. number (on Lyca).
Signal strength isn’t particularly noteworthy compared to other phone. We don’t get strong cell signals in our house, and I get similar reception to our iPhone 6s and Moto G4.
Other details that you may like to know: It charges via micro USB; call quality is not great but fine for the price; it has loudspeaker function; has a torch; the vibration motor isn’t that powerful, but is acceptable. It won’t work on 3G networks, so if your cell network provider doesn’t support 2G, you can’t use this phone with them (e.g. Three).
As a backup phone that we leave at home it does the job.
It displays both SIM cards with each network at the top of the screen on the left. In settings under Dual SIM Settings it gives you the option of setting a default SIM card, I have gone with the option which asks which SIM I want to use each time I make a call or text. There also appears to be an option for disconnecting one of the SIM cards as well.
Basic phone, disappointing choice of ringtones, only a few, which considering this is a dual SIM phone doesn't give you many options for different ringtones for the two SIM cards. It does have an option to vibrate. You can also change the ringtone for text messages and alarms, but you run the risk of having same ringtones or ones that aren't that loud for messages and alarms. More ringtone options are needed.
Also, my phone does not seem to have the option of predictive text, which is a big disappointment, it is like going back to the dark ages trying to text. Fortunately it is a spare phone and not my main phone.
Calendar gives you the option of adding a written reminder with alarm for a set date and time, which is a handy feature, but as no predictive test, this can be a chore.
Screen is clear and I found navigating the buttons easy.
There is a "go to" button top left which is a short cut key to some features, including settings, alarm clock, flash light and this is also how you lock the keypad - lock keypad will be highlighted so just press select. The screen will go completely blank and if you press the top right hand button the time appears, press again and gives you the option to unlock the phone.
Also has a calculator, torch and radio, although no earphones came with the phone. Comes with the Snake game, also a couple of others, but these will need to be paid for after "free trial" ends.
All in all - basic phone that does the job.
If you need instructions for it you will need to read Greek, but it is a Nokia so simple to use.
Otherwise does the job it is supposed to do.
