Let me tell you that this was the first time I’ve read this author and it won’t be the last! I absolutely LOVED this book!

Leah is a divorced mother with a blossoming TV career as an interior designer. She hates her ex, and the trauma of the divorce, whilst simultaneously losing her beloved sister, has really affected her. Her best friend, Kari, has roped her into going to their 20-year school reunion. She really doesn’t want to go but gets cajoled into going and is persuaded by Kari to hire an escort for the weekend.

Jagger is pretty tired of the whole escorting business but it’s easy money to accomplish a dream he has of opening up his own art gallery. Photography is his true passion. He’s numb to life unless he’s viewing it through his camera – and even then, he only likes things that were ruined and forgotten – which is how Leah perceives herself.

He has rules to keep himself from becoming attached to his ‘assignments’. One of them: no kissing.

Their attraction is instant. He breaks this rule at his initial meeting with Leah because he needed to kiss her just as much as she needed to be kissed. Their first ‘date’ ends in a pretty memorable way, and the reunion weekend is set to become something a little bit wild!

God, I really, really liked Jagger and Leah’s story. Leah is somewhat repressed and Jagger is on a mission to draw her out of herself and see herself the way he sees her. The weekend is by turns awful (due to seeing her ex and his entourage), and super sexy and hot. Their chemistry is off the charts!

I loved how you can see that they are falling in love, and what I loved most was the way the author portrayed this without them ever needing to say those three little words.

Really enjoyed reading Leah and Jagger's story. Have never read Kristen's books before, but definately will again. She has a way with words! Very descriptive and beautiful, sometimes funny, sometimes sad, but always gets to the heart.

In No Strings Attached we meet Leah and her best friend Kari currently in the throes of discussing about their high school reunion. Leah wants to bring a date as she feels she needs to prove something to her ex husband Rich, and his new wife Shelley who Leah actually caught in bed together. Leah has made a new life for herself as a well known interior designer to the stars, she has her daughter Raven, but she still feels like there is something missing - a man.

Kari introduces Leah to the escort agency that she uses, and persuades Leah to book an escort for the reunion weekend. Leah reluctantly agrees, but when she spots Jagger Holiday, she is convinced... Jagger has a rule that he doesn't kiss or form an emotional connection with his clients, but all of his rules are broken when he meets Leah for the first time. Through Kristen's writing, the energy between them is palpable and I was immediately rooting for them to get it together properly!

What really got me was when he leaned forward, the light shining in his eyes when he talked about his photography. There was a vulnerability there, and a sadness. Hia enthusiasm bubbled over, and that was the part of him that really turned me on.

This is hard for Jagger as he has built up walls around himself as he always loses those he cares about. Pretty much like Leah has too so it feels like fate brought them together.

"I don't try," he snapped, sitting up and raking his hand through his hair. I lay beside him, shell-shocked. This guy had built an alligator infested moat around his heart. For the first time, I realized how lonely he must be.

We meet Leah and her friend Kari at the start of the book discussing their high school 20 year reunion. Leah really doesn't want to attend after her marriage broke down 2 years ago and her ex will be there with the lady she found him cheating with. Kari convinces her to hire an escort for the event which Leah really isn't keen on.

We then meet Jagger Holiday the escort. Oh my I liked him straight away. I wish we got a bit more of his story before he meets Leah. I bet some of his previous clients could create a book in themself.

I've read a couple of similar books, where a girl hires escort and wasn't sure if I'd enjoy this one. I was glad to be proved wrong. It's a good story line but I hope we get to hear more. I'd like to see some sort of comeuppance for a Rich, Shelley and Beth for their interference. Would be good to hear Kari's story too, she's a right character. Over all a good read, read within a day. I'm sure there is a lot more to come for Leah and Jagger.
