Let me tell you that this was the first time I’ve read this author and it won’t be the last! I absolutely LOVED this book!

Leah is a divorced mother with a blossoming TV career as an interior designer. She hates her ex, and the trauma of the divorce, whilst simultaneously losing her beloved sister, has really affected her. Her best friend, Kari, has roped her into going to their 20-year school reunion. She really doesn’t want to go but gets cajoled into going and is persuaded by Kari to hire an escort for the weekend.

Jagger is pretty tired of the whole escorting business but it’s easy money to accomplish a dream he has of opening up his own art gallery. Photography is his true passion. He’s numb to life unless he’s viewing it through his camera – and even then, he only likes things that were ruined and forgotten – which is how Leah perceives herself.

He has rules to keep himself from becoming attached to his ‘assignments’. One of them: no kissing.

Their attraction is instant. He breaks this rule at his initial meeting with Leah because he needed to kiss her just as much as she needed to be kissed. Their first ‘date’ ends in a pretty memorable way, and the reunion weekend is set to become something a little bit wild!

God, I really, really liked Jagger and Leah’s story. Leah is somewhat repressed and Jagger is on a mission to draw her out of herself and see herself the way he sees her. The weekend is by turns awful (due to seeing her ex and his entourage), and super sexy and hot. Their chemistry is off the charts!

I loved how you can see that they are falling in love, and what I loved most was the way the author portrayed this without them ever needing to say those three little words.

In No Strings Attached we meet Leah and her best friend Kari currently in the throes of discussing about their high school reunion. Leah wants to bring a date as she feels she needs to prove something to her ex husband Rich, and his new wife Shelley who Leah actually caught in bed together. Leah has made a new life for herself as a well known interior designer to the stars, she has her daughter Raven, but she still feels like there is something missing - a man.

Kari introduces Leah to the escort agency that she uses, and persuades Leah to book an escort for the reunion weekend. Leah reluctantly agrees, but when she spots Jagger Holiday, she is convinced... Jagger has a rule that he doesn't kiss or form an emotional connection with his clients, but all of his rules are broken when he meets Leah for the first time. Through Kristen's writing, the energy between them is palpable and I was immediately rooting for them to get it together properly!

------------------------------
What really got me was when he leaned forward, the light shining in his eyes when he talked about his photography. There was a vulnerability there, and a sadness. Hia enthusiasm bubbled over, and that was the part of him that really turned me on.
------------------------------

This is hard for Jagger as he has built up walls around himself as he always loses those he cares about. Pretty much like Leah has too so it feels like fate brought them together.

------------------------------
"I don't try," he snapped, sitting up and raking his hand through his hair. I lay beside him, shell-shocked. This guy had built an alligator infested moat around his heart. For the first time, I realized how lonely he must be.

We meet Leah and her friend Kari at the start of the book discussing their high school 20 year reunion. Leah really doesn't want to attend after her marriage broke down 2 years ago and her ex will be there with the lady she found him cheating with. Kari convinces her to hire an escort for the event which Leah really isn't keen on.

We then meet Jagger Holiday the escort. Oh my I liked him straight away. I wish we got a bit more of his story before he meets Leah. I bet some of his previous clients could create a book in themself.

I've read a couple of similar books, where a girl hires escort and wasn't sure if I'd enjoy this one. I was glad to be proved wrong. It's a good story line but I hope we get to hear more. I'd like to see some sort of comeuppance for a Rich, Shelley and Beth for their interference. Would be good to hear Kari's story too, she's a right character. Over all a good read, read within a day. I'm sure there is a lot more to come for Leah and Jagger.

This is the first book I've read by Kristen Strassel, I loved it.
Leah is a single mum to teenager Raven after she caught her husband high school sweetheart in bed with slut Shelley. Leah is needing a date to take her high school reunion as her ex husband and slut Shelley will be there.
Leah hires handsome escort Jagger Holiday who makes every woman's fantasies come true. Jagger has passion for photography but to fund his dream of opening his own gallery he needs to escort.
I loved the way the relationship between Leah and Jagger unfolds in the story. Highly recommend, can't wait to read more from Kristen.

HASH(0x8c7e3bb8) out of 5 stars I immediately thought I was going to hate it. This is not my kind of book 26 Aug. 2015
By JulsieGirl76 - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition
This was a very surprising 4 star read for me. Let me explain for a minute. I went into this read completely blind. I have never read anything by Kristen before and to be honest I don’t think I had even heard of her. I saw a giveaway in a reader’s group for an ARC. No Strings attached if you won. No requirement for a review it was just a random drawing. I needed something to read so I entered and won.

Then I got the book and read the synopsis. I immediately thought I was going to hate it. This is not my kind of book. However, I always want to review books I win as a thank you even if it’s not immediately and especially for an ARC. I started reading and finished within 24 hours. As soon as I was done, I emailed her to see about getting on the tour because I wanted to share it here.

The characters were well thought out. As someone who has recently passed my 20 year high school reunion (we didn’t have one) I could totally understand the heroine’s plot. The story flowed well and was decently edited. (I am not sure if I have a final copy, so I am not holding a few small mistakes against the author. Bad editing can take away from the story but there were not enough to affect my feelings on this one.) Jagger was awesome and hot. I only dropped this to a 4 star because I wished the conflicts were not resolved so quickly. There was a lot of build up to what was going to happen and a page later it was over.

As a side note, right before I read this I read a book with over 700 5 star reviews from a pretty well known author. This was way better. Give Kristen a chance.

HASH(0x8c7e3354) out of 5 stars Loved Jagger & Leah 4 Feb. 2016
By Elizabeth Clinton - Published on Amazon.com

I have to say this is the first book I have read by Kristen Strassel but it most certainly will not be the last. This book was recommended on my feed and when I read the blurb I was hooked I needed to meet Jagger Holiday and I was so happy I did.
Jagger Holiday a man with a passion to own his own gallery his love of photography but to do it he was a Escort to make that dream come true what he never expected was to meet Leah Godfrey.
Leah Godfrey a successful designer finally becoming the woman she knew she could be after disastrous marriage needs a date for her high school reunion and her friend convinces her to try an escort service she does it not willingly but when she sees Jagger's photo she knows she needs to meet him and when they meet the chemistry is HOT.
I loved seeing their relationship develop it was sweet and tender but realities came into play and you just hoped they could overcome all the obstacles so they could find that HEA because they both truly deserved it.

HASH(0x898be024) out of 5 stars Five sizzling stars for this sweet and sexy story. 24 Aug. 2015

I am head over heels in love with Jagger. And with Kristen Strassel's ability to make her characters seem real.

“And I think this describes us. Sweet, messy, and totally inappropriate.”

Single mom Leah is sweet, beautiful, and smart. And she's finally decided to stop sacrificing her wants and needs and start "living for me." And that includes a weekend with sexy as sin escort, Jagger.

For Jagger, it's just another job. Until he gets to know Leah. And then it becomes so much more.

I absolutely loved the connection between these two. It's like their souls immediately recognized the artistic spirit within and forged an unbreakable bond.

It was sexy as hell to watch Jagger pull Leah out of her shell and in doing so he awakened the sensual tigress within. And because of this, her confidence blossomed and she became a woman that she was proud of.

As for Jagger, Leah sees the real him - the artist within that sheds light on forgotten places through his photography. And she accepts him for who he is and in turn, gives him a great gift - the ability to be himself around her.

Please do yourself a favor and read No Strings Attached. It's a sweet, sexy, and funny story that will pull on your heartstrings and leave you wanting more.

Received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

The weekend of the reunion arrives and Leah can't wait to see Jagger again and have him on her arm - and in her bed! Well what can I say - Jagger is amazing and the passion between them is incredible, they are both so sensual. An argument ensues when Leah bumps into Rich and all of both Leah & Jagger's walls start breaking down. Neither want the amazing weekend to end but end it must and they part on sad terms for what they believe is the last time. Could they be falling in love with one another?

"You're going to make mistakes and I'm going to make mistakes. All we can do is try."

She was so quickly becoming my shelter, but she needed the same things from me. And I thought I had no limits. It wasn't one of those times we stopped and discussed our hard limits and safewords because we'd already crossed that line. She'd tattooed herself on my soul."
------------------------------

Jagger and Leah do meet again but not under the circumstances they would have wanted - and I must say although I suspected something was going to happen to Leah, I wasn't expecting that so Kristen surprised me with the ending!

------------------------------
Before I had a chance to say anything else, Jagger met my lips in the softest kiss. Slow and deep, it said everything we didn't have to. If all he ever did was kiss me, I'd be a happy woman.
------------------------------

I really enjoyed this, it was an easy read with 'real' characters that could be relatable to the right person. I always like a story where there is the POV from both main characters throughout so we can grasp how they are both feeling and that was great with this book. I can't wait to see what's in store next for Leah and Jagger - 4.5* from me!

HASH(0x89da3480) out of 5 stars Amazing Story! 26 Aug. 2015
By Carrie Renteria - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition
No Strings Attached is one of those amazing books that no matter how many times you read it the story just continues to get better and better. This is a story about a divorced mom named Leah that has real life struggles that we can all relate too. All of that changes when she meets Jagger a male escort who is tired of turning tricks, he has goals and ambitions, however this currently pays the bills.

The connection between these two characters is so dynamic and magnetic you practically feel it as your reading it. You can tell that the two characters are absolutely meant for each other right from the beginning. I love the way Kristen Strassel bridges the gap between the readers and the characters to make you feel like you are part of the story and going along for the ride. Let me tell you what I loved most about this novel though, that these characters were relatable I could very well be best friends with Leah, she could be my next door neighbor or my cousin for that matter, and Jagger could seriously be the guy you pass by at the grocery store or see at the gym everyday. I love that these characters that Kristen developed are everyday people and came alive for me this made the story REAL and that made it relatable which makes this story so much better than anything I've read in a while. So Kristen thank you for that it is quite refreshing and I for one am thankful to have read such an amazingly beautiful story with fabulous characters. I have read your work before and loved it. But sweetheart I do believe you took yourself to whole different level and knocked it out of the park with this one! I love the way Kristen Strassel bridges the gap between the readers and the characters to make you feel like you are part of the story and going along for the ride.

If you haven't downloaded this book or added it to your TBR list yet go for it you don't want to miss it!
