Abby and Oliver have been best friends since early childhood, spending every waking minute together...........until circumstances change and suddenly they are no longer a part of each others lives.
This story has all the feels, you will laugh, you will cry, you will shout and want to shake some sense into the characters, you will feel the turmoil surrounding them, Aimee Noalane will take your heart and stamp on it!!
This is one amazing story, I absolutely loved it - it is so well written and I'm so glad I discovered this author - I can't wait for the next book!
The pair were not just best friends, they were in love with one another. It was utterly heartbreaking to see those feelings bottled up.
6 years later and Oliver is back. Eek! I am soo desperate for this to happen!!!
Absolutely love/in love with this book
I am not sure what I was expecting with this book, but this wasn’t it, and that’s not a bad thing, it went in a direction I wasn’t expecting. This book is about the beginning of two people falling in love and how unexpected events can rip everything apart. At times I wanted to bang their heads together, but then I remembered I was reading about 15/16 year olds. I think the way they behaved is pretty much true to life. I do think that maybe their parents and the adults in their lives could have maybe guided them better at times though.
By the end of this book it had spanned about 6 years and I liked that. The way it ended had me wanting more and I really can’t wait to see where the next instalment is going.
This is my first time reading anything by this author so I had no real idea of what to expect but I'm really glad I gave her a go. I've already downloaded the next two books in this series so I can't wait to crack on & find out what happens next!!
Abby & Oliver have been best friends since they could remember, at age 8yrs he offered to share his Dad with her. At age 16yrs they were both keeping a big secret from each other, they'd each fallen in love with the other & were terrified of losing their friendship!! By 17yrs they lived thousands of miles apart & were tearing their hearts to shreds.
This book shredded my heart quite a bit too, I needed a lot of Kleenex that's for sure!! Their relationship/friendship is funny, quirky, real & full of feels. Their friends & family are nicely rounded characters but none are irreplaceable, except the 3 main parents, to the plot. The grief & pure heartache is palpable throughout.
I highly recommend this book & hope the series continues to be written to the same style & standard.

I wanted to cry, I wanted to laugh, I also wanted to smack their heads together half the time.
I never even notice the little percentage icon on the kindle and then bam it's over and I have the biggest book hangover of my life.
I have read so many books and I don't review because I suck with words, I normally just star rate them but I had to at least put some words against this one. I never would have guessed from reading this book that it was the authors first book. I am in awe and deeply impressed.
I believe everyone should give this book a read.
Abby and Oliver been friends forever, when tragedy strikes with the death of Oliver's dad their relationship is broken, no regrets makes you really feel for the characters and its been a while when reading a book I've felt all emotions, happy sad upset real rollercoaster.
I loved the end its made me wanting the next book, you end six years on can the work it out we will have to wait and see.
