This book should be read by all serious full contact Martial Artists.
If you are into Muay Thai Kickboxing, Japanese Kickboxing, Full Contact Karate, Kyukushinkai Karate Wing Chun or Savate then you must read this book.
The combination drills are incredible.
I also recommend his other two books:
No holds barred fighting & More No holds killer submissions.
Mark Hatmaker is a brillant instructor.

This is a really good book for a beginner, there is an amazing amount of detail and theory for each move. My only complaint is that the pictures are not in colour,it would have really helped if they were a bit easier to see, this especially applies to the submission books by the author. Overall:great book but needs colour pictures.

Yes, this is a good book. One of many that he has apparently released and based on this, I intend to look at them to.
