We purchased this to obtain an additional Motion Plus remote for use with our existing WiiU console and it's great. The remote itself comes complete with rubber jacket for ease of use and a handy wrist strap, lest it fly off during play! Being red, it juxtaposes nicely with the other black Motion Plus remotes. It's also worth pointing out that the purchase of some rechargeable AA batteries: Duracell Pre Charged Rechargeable 2500mAh AA Batteries--Pack of 8 and a charger is pretty essential as this unit tends to drain battery power somewhat.

There is also an additional game included entitled 'Wii Motion Plus' which has some rather nifty features such as a fun game where you use the Wii remote as a hammer to stop creatures stealing your vegetables, there's also a nifty balloon race, an umbrella flight, an ice cream scoop challenge and an alien craft shoot out. Being a Wii game, you can port your existing Miis over from the Miiverse to enable various members of the family to compete against one another.

A great set at a very competitive price - I'm impressed.

We needed another controller for multiplayer games (our weeuns are growing up rapidly!) and we found this one. At the price it is better value than buying a separate remote.
We like the colour too, and that it comes with the rubber jacket thing (no nunchuck, just to state the obvious!)

The controller is excellent, and works perfectly on "standard" Wii games (eg Mariokart Wii) and is also great with the Motion game that comes with it.
The difference is that when it is used with the Motion game, it accurately responds to movement in all directions which means for some games it doesn't need to be pointing at the screen for it to work (eg, finding and catching ghosts around your living room, or shoot flying objects off-screen). Really a very good addition to our Wii.

If you're looking for an extra controller, and the price of this one is still beating others, then it's a decision made I'd say... and the Motion game is fun with the family too!

I was on a lookout for another Wii Remote since my original one (which came with the console and was about 5-6 years old) didn't work anymore. I stumbled upon to this item which is a great bargain. The Wii Remote itself is very cool in red and it also has a red silicone jacket. The fact that it has motion plus inside is a great addition, didn't actually have motion plus before so now I can go on and buy Skyward Sword if I want to :).

The bundled Wii Play Motion-game is nothing spectacular but what would you expect from a simple bundled-in minigame collection? They are never Game of the year-material, but this game takes good advantage of the Motion plus-side of things I guess.

All in all, I found this package completeley satisfactory and would wholeheartedly recommend this to any Wii-owner who needs a new Wii Remote or wants to add a Remote Plus to his/her arsenal.

I bought this package mainly for the additional Wii motion controller, the game wasn't part of the decision making process. The Wii controller is great, and its good having an additional controller in a different colour when two or more people are playing together. The controller also came with a free soft grip cover, which was a nice bonus. The Wii play game, is surprisingly good fun though. There are only a few games on the disc, but all aim to 'train' you up in using different features of the Wii motion system. There is a mixture of both silly and challenging games, from ice cream building, ghosting busting, to alien shoot-out(!) and a lot work really well for group play.
Good value for money, and again well worth buying a Nintendo branded controller over cheaper unbranded models.

We got this game for my sons 8th birthday. Both he and his sister(5)love the mix of games. Especially Veggie Guardin, Skip Skimmer and Spooky Search. It's a shame though that more games are not for more than two players. Some of the games they find a bit difficult to master, like Treasure Twirl, Star Shuttle and Flutter Fly but as they get older and practice a bit I'm sure they'll get the hang of it. Good fun for all the family.

Ok the game itself is just average and was bought mainly for the included Wii Remote (with built in motion plus) My niece played the game for about 2 days and then just went back to all the other games she has! It is good value because of the remote and would recommend it as it was only a few pounds more than a Remote on its own and who knows you may like the game(s)

I wanted an additional motion plus controller for the kids and this was the cheapest way to buy one and it comes with a "free" game! It works perfectly and as a genuine Nintendo controller should last much longer than the cheap unbranded alternatives that are widely available - just search for reviews of them! The game is a collection of mini games that use the motion plus facility - the games aren't the best but the kids enjoy them so no complaints. All in all highly recommended if you need an additional or replacement motion plus controller.
