Nina Parker... Your book is beautiful. (You had me at Breakfast Cake). Your limoncello is glorious. Thank you so much. (Nigel Slater)
From its cheese-loaded pastas to doughy pizzas and impossibly creamy gelato, typical Italian cuisine does not seem to offer many dairy-free or gluten-free options. However, London-based chef Nina Parker's beautiful cookbook challenges these conceptions. This book offers many lighter and healthier options of popular Italian classics, including a gluten-free chestnut and banana bread and a dairy-free hot chocolate, as well as some of Nina's own inventions. (Rhian Williams THE INDEPENDENT)
Stunning scenery, simple food and screen legends - no wonder chef Nina Parker fell for la dolce vita on Capri and the Amalfi coast (MAIL ON SUNDAY)
Nina Parker brings you a taste of the Amalfi Coast in Nina Capri. A heady tour of blood orange bellinis and boozy bass. (COUNTRY & TOWN HOUSE)
Nina captures perfectly the beauty and romance of the enchanted island of Capri through its cuisine. (Jacob Kenedy Bocca Di Lupo)
Thanks to Nina, southern Italian cooking comes to life. (Francesco Mazzei L'Anima)

The recipes (or at least the ones I've tried so far) are really original and delightful, with pretty straight-forward instructions that don't bamboozle you just as you hear your guests ringing the doorbell!!
It's also beautifully presented (much like her first book, which I also seriously recommend) and has clearly been put together with a real love and passion for Italian culture. Also a treat to just peruse while you daydream about a summer holiday in this wonderful place...a gem in the kitchen in every respect!
