ACTUALLY HIGH WAISTED and they really do stay up ... finally. I am so sick of ALL companies calling the leggings high-waisted when they are not, you name the Brand and I bet I tried all their leggings and they all got sent back.
I like these ones, they are a little bit thight on my waist but other then that, all is good if you don’t mind really see through leggings as the material is super thin.
LATER EDIT: seam started to fall apart after 6 months. Not the best quality....
