The book has little stories that ask your child to imagine being in different places & scenarios. My son has the concentration span of a potato at the moment but I'm sure in about a year he would really enjoy it!
We bought 3 meditation books- Nightlights, Magix box and Aladins magic carpet.
We enjoyed the ALADINS MAGIC CARPET the most. Short nice meditations, nothing too much to visualise and easy to understand with some affirmations in the end.
