Nicola Jane Hobbs, MSc, is a writer, researcher and coach who helps people live with less fear and more freedom. She is a qualified Nutritionist and has a Master’s degree in Psychology with a research interest in eating and exercise psychology and post-traumatic growth. She teaches yoga internationally and is the author of Yoga Gym (Bloomsbury, 2015), Thrive Through Yoga (Bloomsbury, 2017) and Fear-Free Food (Bloomsbury, 2018).
Nicola loves handstands, falafels, daisies, old books, sunsets, psychology, trampolines, turmeric, coffee, clouds, anatomy, movement, bad jokes, massive scarves, naps, blueberries, the ocean, 3am conversations when hearts are open and walls are down, cream teas, pigeon pose, flowers growing in the cracks of pavements, starry nights, big old trees, and poems that make your heart skip a beat.
Nicola loves helping people do the stuff that only they can do. She loves helping people find trust in their body, in themselves and in the world. She loves teaching people to handstand, to move better, to breathe deeper, to truly nourish themselves. She loves helping people to grow stronger and braver. To share their story.
