With this book I have never failed to impress my non-veggie dinner guests who are really amazed and delighted that vegetarian food can taste so good!
If I had not eaten on many occassions at the 'Food for Though' restaurant in Covent Garden, I would not have bought this book because at first glance it doesnt look very interesting (there are no photos of any of the dishes which usually is a must for me). But dont let this put you off, it really is a goldmine of delicious food.
ITS A MUST FOR ANYONE WHO LOVES GOOD FOOD!
The book is a must have, especially for the moussaka and shepherdess pie recipe, still need to try though...
What I like about this book is its no nonsense approach, it uses simple, easy to source ingredients but put them together in a creative and delicious way.
I love eating at the Covent Garden restaurant for the rich and hearty food and I'm looking forward to trying out more recipes at home.
(I tried the butternut squash and mango chutney soup first, it was great)
