Arnie shares his wealth of experience with everything from the history of bodybuilding to training techniques, tips and tricks. He also covers muscle growth and nutritional advice.All in all a fantastic book for anyone wanting to gain muscle, just don't expect to get as big as Arnie or some of the other guys featured in the book unless you are willing to use certain "suppliments"
* Although it does cover aerobic training, the info may be abit outdated for example for fat loss it says to do 45 - 60 mins continuous per day whereas nowadays you might read in books or on the internet to do HIIT but hey if it worked back then when they made the book it's still going to work these days
Moving onto the book.Wow... I have never read a more informative book on any subject.it covers such a wide array of information,detailed maps of your body that show every muscle group,what they do,how to train them,how to medicate them after injury.it not only covers diet and training plans from basic to competition level but we get the knowledge behind them along with advice and stories of personal experience and those of other legends and awsome pictures thrown in for good measure.i was particularly impressed with chapters on herbal medicine which contained vast information on useful herbs and minerls,what they do and where to find them along with the pharmaceutical alternatives.
Overall,its value,its useful,its interesting,its re readable you will go back again and again. If your considering this book..just do it!
other day and said the book is amazing, all about Schwarzenegger, the beginning of his body building, also contains footage of other body builders, a must have if you are a fan of Schwarzenegger and body-building itself
