This has it all. 20 stand out tracks on one cd, when I got this I did not know about 50% of the artists and yet as I listened to the collection never found a bad moment.
A rare breed indeed, a collection without a weakness. Of course you have to like the style of the artists but if you do like the tracks you recognise here you will like the rest.
It is good to see a music scene full of people writing and playing great music, this record is upbeat fun and a fine listen. Give it a go, you know it makes sense....

Just as good as A New Breed of Dub isues 2 & 3. It's really dubby and that's double the fun as any dubber knows. All I ever hear these days is "turn that down, the house is vibrating!" The house is meant to vibrate. The house can be rebuilt, the dub vibrates forever.

When it first came out this was a fantastic album for long journeys down to Cornwall when the kids were younger, something we all liked.Even though they now have very different musical tastes this album still unites us on car journeys, we can all sing along together
