The alligator clips are extremely stiff. They are hard to operate for an adult and impossible to open for students. The black pocket/case delivered with the multimeter is too small to accommodate all the supplied cables. The meter-side connectors are made of soft plastic that bends when they are packed together with the multimeter and they must be manually restored to circular shape before they can be connected again. The readings seem to be mostly accurate, but the meter takes its time to settle on a value. I am missing an easy way to test electronic components by simply inserting them in the meter breadboard-style. The only way to do it now is to grab the component's wires with the unwieldy alligator clips.
I am writing this review after the seller has emailed me for the third time to write one. How I wish they would focus their effort on improving the product instead.
