Cured my sinusitis..

I bought this a few months ago, just before I went on holiday. I was having bad sinusitis symptoms for about a week before I went on holiday, which even a course of antibiotics wasn't getting rid of. The first time I used this was almost instant relief. The headaches and the pressure in my head went away, it cleared out my nose, and enabled me to enjoy my holiday, which was great. I did it once a day for about a week, and the symptoms completely went and didn't come back. I was so pleased. I am keeping it in case of emergencies as I know it provides instant relief for me! I wouldn't ignore the instructions though. Best used lukewarm about 10-30 mins after boiling the water, if it gets too cold it feels like when you get swimming pool water up your nose, which isn't too pleasant. The first few times, you may find you have a runny nose for a few hours after using. Eventually though, you get used to how many times you have to tilt your head and blow to clear the majority out.

I had a nasal polyectomy 3 years ago and have had trouble ever since. Continuously blocked nasal passages and great irritation. Even after the first
two days of using this remarkable but simple device my nose was 60% improved. And now after a week or so my nose is all but cleared up! To say I'm thrilled is an under statement. Its so cheap you can't lose by buying this life saver, but make sure you use it properly. You must press the nasal applicator really FIRMLY against your nostril to make sure the fluid doesn't just escape by the side of the device. Give it a good squeeze whilst breathing out of your nose gently. The fluid pushes all the muck out through the opposite nostril, you then do the same for the other side. Warm the fluid up a bit first say, to a bit below body temperature for comfort. You can put the whole bottle in the microwave for about 10 seconds and then shake to distribute the heat. Make sure you put your finger on the top to stop the water from spilling out. The instructions that come with it are very good. Again, you can't go wrong buying this item as its so cheap yet so effective. good luck.

Omg this bottle is a god send! I've been struggling with blocked nose for years and have been addicted to nose sprays!! I was a bit scared to use this because I didn't know what to expect plus I was worried that I would choke! It came with clear instructions and I also checked a YouTube video out. At first, the water was going everywhere lol but I got used to it so fast! It cleared my nose instantly and was surprised how much gunk came out! I haven't had an issue with the bottle or the tube and I've had it for months. I ended up buying the extra sachets too! This has really helped me and I'm so pleased!

Game changer for my blocked eustachian tubes

I've been suffering for years with blocked eustachian tubes, leading to dizziness, hearing loss and sometimes pain. Went to the ENT doc who said my eustachian tubes were blocked at the bottom by inflammation in my sinuses and recommended Neilmed Sinus Rinse. It wasn't a particularly pleasant experience the first few times of rinsing, but I'm used to it now, and it's made SO much difference. If I feel my tubes getting blocked, I just use this a few times each day and they clear up.

The only thing I wasn't sure about was what kind of water to use, as it says not to use tap water in the instructions. I began be using de-ionised water but it got expensive, so tried with ordinary bottled water from the supermarket. It seems to work OK.

Works for my sinuses

I do suffer a lot from recurring sinus problems and this is about the only thing that helps (antibiotics too but that's a different story). This has also been recommended by GP to one of my kids with similar problems (ouch!) and this is probably the version you want if you just want to try out (bottle + 10 sachets).

Please do read and follow the instructions - you may be like me and always throw that away - but in cases like this don't do it and do read it - take your time. Don't breath/suck it in or similar as it won't be pleasant.

As for cost - you can replicate it cheaper with a squeeze-bottle (anyone has the old bulb/rubber "sucker"?) and saline solution but if you don't then I think it's OK. You can reuse bottle and just buy sachets or saline solution/drops/etc. going forward.

Didn't even know these existed until recently when I saw a random video on YouTube. I had been suffering with a tightening throat that swung from extremes of dry or mucus! This was causing me issues with work with me spending most of my time on calls and clearing my throat. I also realised that being at home with the heating on agitated my sinuses causing them to feel inflamed.

Using this product for the past week, and whilst I still feel my sinuses are inflamed probably as I haven't been using this long enough to clear any infection, my throat issues have completely gone! Added bonus is I've stopped snoring. I still have some mucus but my sinus feels completely empty, with no feeling of pressure around the area of the sinus.

Try it but expect to feel off for at least the first week.
