These wipes are brilliant! However, do NOT order via Amazon, get them from a decent supplier who won't take two months to tell you they are not coming. This is a product that parents and carers NEED.

I spent two weeks emailing back and forth, each time told different information: They told me it was at the depot. I was even told by one Amazon representative that they had personally called the delivery people and that the product would arrive that day. Of course it never came. The quotes below are all clearly lies as now they say they don't even have any in stock.

In the meantime I was having to spend money on more expensive wipes and not the ones I wanted as you just can't do without them, totally defeating the point of this order.

Just some of the responses past the delivery date (which incidentally became a lot later than originally advertised)... Do you feel my frustration?

5 Oct "Your order is still in transit..."

8 Oct "I've checked your order and recent tracking information states that your order is out for delivery today. Rest assure that your order will be delivered within today."

9 Oct "I have checked on your Order No: 026-3126601-1433961 and I can see that the current tracking information shows that your parcel is available for collection at the carrier's depot."

9 Oct "To makeup for the inconvenience, I've submitted your request to the carrier and they'll reschedule your delivery on October 10, 2013."

11 Oct "I've now contacted directly on your behalf and asked them to deliver the parcel today with higher priority and they promised that they will surely deliver the parcel by close of today."

12 Oct "Unfortunately, at the moment, "Nature Babycare Eco Sensitive Wipes - 10 x Packs of 70 (700 Wipes)" is unavailable..."

Oh, and then they had the cheek to send me an for the wipes saying "Never run out of Nature Babycare..."

As mentioned on my review of Nature Babycare Wipes with Lotion (Pack of 10)products like this depend entirely on the customer's ability to afford a 'better' product and on the baby's reaction to it. There is no secure way to assess in advance whether your baby will react well to the product. From experience cheaper (supermarket own brand products) do not fare as well (they cause irritation). I do therefore prefer something branded. The issue here is the price. This is a good product, attractively packaged. The wipes appear as good as the competition (eg pampers sensitive) and do not have the oily feel to them noticed in the alternative product above. My baby had no adverse reaction. Overall, I would choose the product if it were equally priced to the pamper's one which is my usual purchase. This item on its current price on offer is highly attractive.

If, like me, you are concerned about nasty chemicals in the products you use on your baby's skin then you may want to take a look at these baby wipes. They are fragrance free, chlorine free and don't contain any other nasties. They are also just as effective as the conventional Pampers/Huggies ones that I use, leaving my baby's skin soft and clean. They are biodegradable, too, which helps to alleviate a tiny bit of the guilt of using nappies! I am particularly keen to use an eco product to clean my boy's face so these are perfect. They are slightly more expensive than the big brands but in my view totally worth it.

As wipes per se, they aren't all that: they are way too wet and fiddly.

As wipes for sensitive bottoms, they also fail: read the contents/ingredients.

As a green product, they can win all the industry awards they like but the proof of their greenness is in the provenance. Yes, they are chlorine and fragrance free, but they've got plenty of other nasties. Factor in the road miles involved and you've got a product which is no more green than a well maintained eight year old Vauxhall.

If you want to protect your baby's delicate little bits and help ensure her or his future, get some muslin, cut into strips, soak it them camomile tea and store in tupperware. Rinse, dry and reuse until they fall apart. Job done.

I've been using Naty wipes since I discovered them 2 years ago. I also use their nappies, baby skincare products. They are biodegradable so I hope I am doing my bit for the planet. They definitely do not contain any nasties like Pampers or Huggies or any other baby wipes (see ingredients). Why would we smear toxins on baby's skin? Use Naty.

Have been using these since my daughter was born, she had never any problems. They are sent free, wipe easily, feel natural, moisture content just right. The only downside is probably that they are not as easy to pull out, but not a huge problem for us. I love them and would not use anything else.

These wipes are wonderful, no additives, no perfumes added, etc., which makes them perfect for any baby's bottom. The only thing I can point out is that they are hard to take out from the package. You try to bring one wipe out and rarely doesn't come attached more 3 or 4 wipes... Besides that, this are the best wipes I could find!

I couldnt be more satisfied with this product. I was able to stock up on this high quality product at an excellent price. Although when you try to take one out more then come at once (i found this Ccmmon. on mano others top brands) and still remains cheaper in terms of costs.
