We normally use the supermarket own brand wipes. They come in a plastic outer with a hard plastic closure on the top. You just flip open the top, pull out a wipe and then close the top. They are used for all sorts of things in our household, so a eco friendly product seems like a good idea.

However, there are a few small negative points. The first is the smell. They may not have any fragrance but they sure do smell funny. It is a chemical/stale type smell that is not pleasant at all and does put you off. Being used to the cheap own brand ones, they have a slight fragrance that is nice. My daughter immediately commented on the smell saying she did not like it. The next drawback is that you pull one wipe out, and a few come out together. You end up either throwing the extra ones away or pushing them back in. Also the plastic adhesive strip lid is not as easy opening as the flip top type, but it is more environmentally friendly.

Will i be getting these again when they have all been used up? No. They are dearer, smellier and harder to get at than the bog standard supermarket own brand versions. Yes, they may be more of an eco product, but I am not prepared to put up with an inferior product just because it is eco friendly.

What's not to like about these Swedish 'fragrance free, chlorine free, biodegradable, Eco packaging' .. wipes? Good for the environment and good for baby's skin too without fragrance or lotion. The wipes are of a good size and contain just the right amount of moisture to keep an eight month old's botty clean and sweet and the texture of the fabric is good and reduces the chance of spillage and tear. I have also tried the other wipes by the same manufacturer which contains lotion and found no difference between the two. Also, unlike some reviewers, I did not have a problem with the amount of moisture on the wipes or with the stick-down opener losing the adhesive.

On reflection, with the best will in the world in the desire to be green, the higher cost of these wipes may be the deciding factor for many people because although they were good, I didn't find that they out-performed my usual brand.

I was sent one pack to trial of these. They are exactly as described - fragrance - free, biodegradable wipes. They measure roughly 7 x 6 inches when opened out, so are quite small, but the size of the leading makes has decreased too.
They clean up efficiently and the 'fabric' is impressively strong. These got a Mother and Baby Gold Award which aren't given lightly.
There is also a statement on the packet that I've never seen on any other wipes - 'To preserve the environment do not use more wipes than needed'.

They have a use-by date of nearly two years, so even the most frugal user should have got to the end of the pack by then.
That has to be a first for any product - putting the environment above rapid repeat sales.

These are fairly good quality baby wipes, becuase the texture is like cotton, thick & strong. I like their feel as it is very cottony soft. I think they are thicker than the average baby wipe.
However, I like a bit of "baby" fragrance on baby wipes & as I use them for myself I like to smell fresh & clean.

As stated on packaging, they are eco-friendly, chemical/chlorine free & biodegradable (very good), have been given Mother&Baby Gold award & also awarded for eco-friendliness by the Swedish Society for Nature Conservation.

I can safely say the best choice for the eco-conscious consumer & not bad value for money.

I donated these to a relative with a 7-month-old, and they seem to do the job. The wipes are fairly durable and don't tear easily, are not too wet directly out of the packet, and the individual on the receiving end apparently has no complaints or irritations as a result. They are, however, just baby-wipes and nothing worth getting very excited over, I think.

They are wet and you can use them to wipe, even better than that it says on the packet you can flush these as they are bio degradable, however I would not. Being fragrance free they are free from any fragrance and as wet wipes go these do exactly what is requested of them when grubby fingers are around.
Good product for the eco friendly of us.

These wipes are super soft and really gentle on babies delicate skin. My daughter is less than a month old and these wipes keep her bottom fresh and soft and have reduced the need for any creams for nappy rash as they are so gentle! Thumbs up!

Even with the two packets side by side, I can't tell what the different is between these wipes and the "Babycare Wipes with Lotion". Obviously the latter is supposed to have some sort of "lotion", but these presumably non-lotion wipes nonetheless contain gylcerin and aloe, which I would consider to be a moisturising lotion. Both are fragrance-free and "sensitive". So that left me a bit confused.

The wipes themselves work well and have not caused any sort of reaction on our babies' bottoms.

The packaging is poor. Perhaps this is a consequence of its eco-friendly nature, but the flap which is required to stop the wipes drying out came detatched from the rest of the packaging very quickly, and will now not stick shut. The wipes themselves come out in a long stream, not individually. The small opening hole (much smaller than Pampers' wipes, for example), means that stuffing excess wipes back into the packet is nigh on impossible. Very frustrating, especially when one considers how much each wipe is worth!

So good if you rate eco-friendly packaging above all else, but otherwise I'd stick to Pampers or supermarket own brands (some of which have plastic lids, which close very easily).
