ND Barnes tells us in this book "Hahnemann believed that homeopathic medicines could be used to stimulate the body's vital force or healing capacity [...and] acupuncture [...] is based on the principle that energy or 'qi' moves along channels through the body and that disease is caused by the blockage of energy [p.013]."
Such 'vital energies of naturopathy' are quite NOT IN EVIDENCE scientifically speaking, and are 'the essentially naturopathic'.
First aid based upon fictitious prescientific ideas and methods?
