Much I was aware of through my work however I really enjoyed the authors focus on simplicity and pragmatism. He doesn’t wrap it up in nonsense buzzwords and I love how common sense he is about scaling agile. It’s mostly about respect, giving people the room to learn, failing and learning fast, delivering value. I think the development team members might find this book too obvious but for people working with them as operations, HR, customers, management etc I think this is an excellent reference.
There's a lack of depth to the book, making it of little use.
