5.0 out of 5 stars Understanding Narcissicism to help yourself. 28 Aug. 2014
By David L. Roberts - Servant of All - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
In a short 90 pages, this book identifies about 6 categories of Narcissistic Personality Disorder, the childhood origins developmentally, and how to identify that a significant other relationship might work. The non-narcissistic, other person in the relationship, in order to make things work might be able to fulfill their needs and establish boundaries that cannot be crossed. Also the book, identifies the reasons which more likely will result in a failed relationship. The characteristics of Narcissism are identified, and what makes Narcissism less severe or more severe. The discussion is compatible with psychiatric characteristics noted in the DSM IV Manuel. If you wonder if your are involved with a Narcissist, it is a short summary that will help you understand the problem. If your are overwhelmed, probably you would consider seeking or are already seeking professional help. I have a friend who is involved in such a relationship.

5.0 out of 5 stars Amazingly Informative! 18 Mar. 2015
By Amazon Customer - Published on Amazon.com

This is a really well-written informative book. It sounds like the person writing it is very knowledgeable about the subject, and therefore wrote this book in a very professional style. I am really amazed at the amount of information packed into these 90 pages. The questionnaire meant to help you determine if your spouse may be a narcissist was especially helpful.

I will be looking for more books written by this author.

3.0 out of 5 stars Narcissism Decoded by Michael Wright 17 Oct. 2014
By Shasha - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
HI, This is a short book. It is good and clear, but many examples would have greatly helped. It basically defines narcissism mostly, but more help would have been greatly appreciated. It would be good for a first chapter of a longer book on Narcissism that would have explained more. It is well written/simple/good understanding about narcissism, but many examples would have helped. If the author could add to the book that would be awesome. Thanks for writing it!

5.0 out of 5 stars I am not a narcissist 26 Oct. 2015
By Billy Woody - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition
I learned a lot in a matter of hours with this book. It is not a long read but it is deep in information. Looking through the examples and descriptions I was able to really self evaluate and determine where I fall on the scale of narcissism. I was happy to see that I just made it (by one point) into the "not" category but it did open my eyes to some behaviors I do that need to be changed in order to not be perceived by others as a narcissist. Overall I would highly recommend this to anyone looking at personal growth in their lives. It was extremely helpful to me.
