Nanbu stands for the region, and Bijin (meaning beautiful woman). This is a sake made with rice polished to Daiginjo levels but for the price of a junmai. Breaks out of the mould with Plenty of off-flavors. A Clean and beautiful" sake. Brewed with medium-hard water that is purified naturally as it courses through the mountain rock on its way to the sea. Drink chilled, at room temperature or warm.
