Great band great album

This is a very, very good album. Starts off with a 2 minute intro then kicks into full gear. The production is somewhat raw but not to raw. You can clearly hear all the instruments. The guitar work is simple and to the point. (Do not take this as negative criticism, I love the guitars on here.) The vocals are very sick. If you like Watain you'll like this too. Not that they're a Watain ripoff or anything but stylistically speaking in the same vein. If that makes any sense. Overall, if you like your black metal raw and punishing pick this up.

One of the better releases in the black metal genre. Quite a bit of variety as well. Combining fast blast beats with slower, melodic parts. The production is somewhat raw, yet clear enough that you can distinguish the instruments. Good songwriting. Not much else to say. You should definitely check it out.

Awesome album! Behexen kinda flew under the radar for me which is a shame. A lot different than i had expected with great songwriting, catchy grooves, and not nearly as crude and raw as i thought they would be. Well worth picking up!
