This is a great collection of recipes that even I, who cannot boil an egg, have managed to prepare with no trouble at all.
I need to lose weight but I don't want to starve myself or follow any silly VLC diets and these recipes are perfect. My energy levels have increased and the weight is coming off. The bonus I've found is that I'm not constantly thinking about food which means that long term I really believe these recipes will help me stick to my new healthy eating plan!
