This is very interesting, I am finding this quite easy to do and have lost a couple of pounds in 3 weeks - doesn't sound like much but if this is a steady loss it will be really good. It's full of useful info explaining in simple terms. The recipes are something I can definitely prepare without feeling like I am on a diet.

I love this book!

This is a great collection of recipes that even I, who cannot boil an egg, have managed to prepare with no trouble at all.

I need to lose weight but I don't want to starve myself or follow any silly VLC diets and these recipes are perfect. My energy levels have increased and the weight is coming off. The bonus I've found is that I'm not constantly thinking about food which means that long term I really believe these recipes will help me stick to my new healthy eating plan!

Highly recommended.

I don't often leave poor reviews, but that is because I am not usually disappointed by products bought on Amazon. It was suggested by Amazon to buy this along with some other Hairy Dieters books, and to be honest, I did not notice this was by a different author. It is of poor print quality, and I feel I was conned in to buying it.

At times an odd choice of recipes with those for breakfast often seeming out of place. The author has a habit of adding a teaspoon of salt to everything suggesting a very poor understanding of healthy nutrition. This should have been picked up by a professional editor along with a regular use of tablespoon in stead of teaspoon measurements. All in all I think I will delete it from my Kindle as a waste of storage space.

I have been looking for some hassle-free meal that will help me to shed a few pounds and this book got my attention. Nice low-fat collection that seems to work like the hairy bikers diet. Calorie counts are included and they are also easy for even beginners. Healthy cooking choices for weight loss.
