It gets really unbelievable and silly at times.
It is a book you do not have to think about the plot as it leaves nothing for you to ponder as to who is the murderer and why.
The story is about sixty-six-year-old widow Gertie Johnson.
A neighbour of hers turns up dead.
Everyone thinks it's just a hunting accident but Gertie is suspicious.
Gertie is always investigating everything since her husband passed away.
Everyone things she is barking up the wrong end of the tree
and just causing trouble.
The story follows Gertie, her friends and her family
as she try's to find the truth.
I really enjoyed the story! It is fun, believable and exciting.
I really enjoyed the different characters and the fun things
Gertie gets up to in her quest.
I would highly recommend this book as a really
smiley fun read :-)
I give the book 5 out of 5!
The mystery itself was slight but the way Gertie handled it, with her posse of friends, was great fun. It made me laugh out loud in places, and overall it was a very satisfying read.
