just picked up texas chainsaw 2d bluray, and can confirm IT IS the unrated version, checked it against the differences between the 2 versions on movie-censorship.com. FYI: This is the 2d bluray uk release.

Benson says:
Ive just checked the 3D blu ray and its the cut version by looking at the comparison. Are you 100% sure the 2D blu is uncut as i will get that and get rid of my 3D blu.

Also while watching the 2D version on the 3D blu i noticed a red tint on the corners of the picture in the darker scenes. Is there a red tint on the 2D blu?

J. Sullivan says:

A. Martin says:
benson have you had a chance to check the 2d one yet, just need someone else to confirm it's uncut before I purchase it.

this is confusing.. the title credits suggest the region B bluray is the unrated version as pointed out on movie censorship .com yet there is no gun drop in the fight with leatherface..and the face skinning scene is not one long take..i may have jumped the gun the british cut of the film is the theatrical cut..

Benson says:
movieman i got rid of my 3D version and bought the 2D version because you said its unrated. So what you said in previous posts was a lie as you said you watched the scenes on tv while compareing them to the scenes on movie censorship.
