Katy Bowman, IMHO, writes the best books on human movement and the different human lifestyles that are available to us. I have given some of her other books as Christmas gifts, and this will be my gift-giving choice this year.
I am doing my best to change my own life, but it is really hard. I did enjoy these essays very much.
