Pros: Inexpensive - less than $20 from Amazon. Holds a charge a long time. Not uncomfortable to wear for long periods, and very light. Easy to pair with my Motorola W375 phone. Haven't had any complaints from anyone about not being able to hear me or about background noise. The call/answer button is easy enough to use as are the volume buttons as well.
Cons: Somewhat cheapy ear clip (Although I have seen these sold in 4 packs on Ebay for $9.99). The sound is clear and strong when I use it at home but for some reason I do hear some distortion when I'm driving. When sitting still or driving it holds on my ear fine but if you want a headset that will stay secure while you're working you might consider another one... it tends to flop when I'm even a little active. Also it's not exactly a cool looking headset... if that's an issue for you. The rubber ear pieces that fit over the speaker portion come off easily, especialy the round one.
All in all it does what it's supposed to so I'm not going to run out and buy another one, just wish the sound was clearer all the time (though that may be just an issue with the technology in general).
HERE'S AN UPDATE since I wrote the above review.... After about 8 weeks I lost the rubber ear gels ( like many other's have complained about). The unit became nearly useless without them... completely uncomfortable to wear, even for short periods, and the already so-so volume was reduced even more since it didn't sit securely in my ear canal. I tried to contact Motorola to get replacements...no luck at all, not even any generics were found. So... I spent a little more money and ran out (lol) and bought a Motorola H720. WOW, what a difference! The H720 has a super comfortable ear clip, it was surprising to hear how much clearer the sound is against the H375; and it has greater volume. It also sits over your ear instead of in it. Sometimes I don't even realize it's there...perfectly comfortable even if you wear eyeglasses all the time like me. Plus it has noise and echo cancellation which the H375 doesn't. I lowered the star rating from three to two stars since this update. I would HIGHLY recommend spending a few extra dollars and buy yourself the H720 (I'd give four and a half stars to that one!)
