More Ketchup than Salsa is a compulsive page turner - you want the bar, and the bar owner to succeed, but will it all go wrong before the end of the book?
Most of us haven't got the courage to do what this young man did. You can share his life, share his story, share his successes and share his failures - this is YOUR opportunity to become part of the More Ketchup than Salsa Family.
I've given this book 5 Stars as it is a real page turner - and I had many late nights wanting to know what happened next ... if you have no self-control - prepare to hit the snooze button in the morning.
Whether or not you've even had any interest into the life of British ex-pats running the pubs and bars - you'll get a great read from this book.

Well I can say with no hesitation that this book should be on everyone's reading list. This is one very funny and addictive read. I couldn't put it down, even after I'd finished it. I went straight to the internet to look for more published works by the author and to see if there was a sequel in the works (there is, apparently).
I won't give anything away. But I would advise anyone thinking of selling up to start a new life running a pub abroad, to treat this as a sort of training manual I certainly won't be doing it.
THIS couple and their family followed through (or rather, had it given to them) and this is the story of restaurant "virgins" and how they got on building their business despite health inspectors, cockroaches, drunk ex-pats and a multitude of other entertainments.
The prose is gently and funny, and the writing is really very good.
A great holiday read, even if you are at home!
