Format: Paperback
This is a really enjoyable and easy to read boook which highlights the benefits of Social Media to business. Actually, not just businesses but anyone who uses Social Media. The book is full of very short, interesting and thought provoking stories and case studies which are used very well to backup the main arguments of each chapter.
