Product Description

This Dash Board holder is designed to hold all mobiles and GPS devices in position. This product is made of using a innovative material which grips the device perfectly and you do not have to attach anything on the back of your mobile or GPS to make it work, even if your phone is vibrating it will still stay in place. The Dash Board holder is made from a Mattel and on the top is high tech rubber material. Don't worry about that it has been glued down because there is no sticky residue on the phone or on the Dash Board. If your dashboard has a dimpled or textured surface, the Dash Board holder will still offer maximum grip means your Mobile or GPS will stay as it should. Simply stick your mobile or GPS on Dash Board holder and go in seconds. Dash Board holder can be adjusted at the vertical 90 flip angle to best suite the driver's need.

1.0 out of 5 stars Could not be worse! 30 Dec. 2011

This item is rubbish. For those that have said that it sticks under all conditions to the dashboard, all I can ask is 'did you staple it?' It seemed to adhere with no problems, however, as soon as I pulled away from a junction, the holder and my precious SG2 ended up flying through the gap between the drivers and passengers seat!

Pro: Phone fits perfectly to the holder bit

Con: Does not stick at all to the dashboard

5.0 out of 5 stars Dash stand 17 April 2013
Verified Purchase
I knew someone who already had one and I saw how much better it is than the ones you have to clip your device into. It feels weird to touch but it is so easy to use, position, remove. Your device sits safely anywhere on the dashboard because the sticky base pad moulds to its shape whether flat or curved.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great idea 11 Mar. 2013

Seems a brilliant idea but I don't seem to be able to get the phone to stay attached to the stand. I have tried a few times but a small knock makes it fall off. I shall try washing the pads in case some dust has become attached and making it less sticky

2.0 out of 5 stars Doesn't do what it says on the tin!! 16 Sept. 2014

The stand idea is great but the adhesion system doesn't work. It will not grip a dashboard that has any sort of texture. The grip slip for the phone will not hold a phone if a powercord is attached as it cannot resist peeling action. Only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is the the stand construction which works well once you use Velcro!

3.0 out of 5 stars 360° rotation? 31 Dec. 2011

I like the fact that there is nothing stuck to the windscreen obscuring my view.
I also like that there are no loose plastic bits so there are no rattles.
Everything seems to hold in place with the sticky mats.
What i don't get is how you use it in portrait mode? When you do the bottom 1/3 of the plate your device fixes to comes below the base plate so you need to cut a slot in your dashboard to use it vertically.
It's still ok because most of the time i want my device in landscape anyway

5.0 out of 5 stars Simple but effective 4 Mar. 2012
By oabels
I was sceptical that this would actually hold a device. Happily, it works perfectly; holds my sat nav, ipod or blackberry very effectively. Can be twisted to suit driving position. Also very easy to remove and hide away and doesn't leave suction marks.

5.0 out of 5 stars Simple and great stand 19 Feb. 2014
Verified Purchase
The stand works great. I haven't before seen any this good stand for cars. I was a little doubtful about the rubber (sticky sounds like dirty) but it has stayed very clean and the instruction for cleaning was just to wash it with water. There are two rubber plates, the other sticks the stand to the car's surface (no matter straight or curved) without leaving any marks and the other sticks the phone to the stand. The metal body of the stand rotates well in every direction. The area is pretty large, the stand works fine even with my Google Nexus 7. The only negative thing is that the rubber plate sticks more strongly to the phone than to the metal parts of the stand so you need two hands to remove the phone: one to pull the phone out and the other to push the rubber forwards.

4.0 out of 5 stars TO STICK OR NOT TO STICK 31 Oct. 2012
Verified Purchase
I was very sceptical if this would work or not, but was willing to try it. First thing I noticed was in order for it to get a firm grip of my phone (GS3)I had to give it a real firm squeeze in to the pad. First time I tried it i failed to press firmly enough and ended up with my mobile dropping onto the center console of my car as i set off. But i haven't had any problems since, either in horizontal or vertical position.
That being said, I am impressed with the product, it does what it says, i can only hope it can stand up to extremes of temperatures.
