Omg I absolutely adored this book. I couldn't put it down. I was hooked from the first page. I kept going because I couldn't wait to find out what happens. The connection between Blake and Andy was obvious from the beginning. It was brilliant and did have some laugh out loud moments. All I'll say is the "cat" moment, brought tears to my eyes with laughter. I highly recommend this book. All laurelin Paige books are addictive and this one lives up. I'm never disappointed appointed reading any of her books. Enjoy.

I freaking LOVED this book, read it in two sittings. Amazing.

This is an exceptionally well-written book that sucked me right in and held my attention the whole way through.

Andy is a thoroughly captivating MC - intelligent but goofy, snarky yet sensitive. I warmed to her instantly. Blake, on the other hand, was a total douche at the start. First off, I thought he was going to be a rehash of Christian Grey, but thankfully he wasn't. Phew! As the story progressed, and as Andy started to break through his tough exterior, we got to understand the man behind the persona.

It really was a mutual journey of self-discovery and as they got to know each other they learned so much about themselves.

This book's biggest asset is the witty dialog and the hysterically funny scenes between Blake and Andy. It wasn't just laugh-out-loud funny, it was roar-out-loud funny. At least it was for me! I actually had to get up out of bed at 3 am because I was convulsing so badly with the effort involved in trying NOT to laugh. My husband was stirring in the bed beside me and I knew he'd kill me if I woke him up because I was basically crying with laughter at a book. That's how funny this book is. Seriously. Cue lots of drama, shoe throwing, tantrums, foot stomping etc. Loved it.

There are plenty of steamy scenes in this book and enough romance to keep readers engaged.

I also loved Andy's skill set - as an experienced HR practitioner with a background in recruitment I could relate to the role she performed and the skills she brought to the table. Made it that little bit more interesting for me.

The plot doesn't hold any major surprises, or twists and turns; it's fairly predictable. The beauty is in the sublime execution of the story.

I love Laurelin Paige's work so reading this new collaboration with Katyi McGee was a given. I couldn't wait to start "Miss Match" and just as I thought, I was not disappointed. As soon as I realised what it was all about I became excited about what was to come and I was interested to see how the story would play out. I just knew that this was a book that I would love. It was sweet, funny and extremely sexy and it was well worth the read.

Blake Donovan, on first impression, was a stern, arrogant and pompous man. He didn't believe in love, but he wanted a wife purely to satisfy both his business and sexual needs. Essentially, all he wanted was some eye candy for his arm. Of course, I was a little put off by Blake yet at the same time I had hope that my feelings for him would change with the continuation of the story. Thankfully, I soon discovered that Blake had some good qualities just waiting to emerge, he just needed a little encouragement to show everyone how lovely he truly was. By the end of the story, I had fallen hard for Blake. It was impossible not to.

I loved Andrea's character. She was fun, strong and feisty. The complete opposite of Blake. When Andrea first met Blake there was an initial attraction towards him but once she realised what a cold and pretentious man he was, she soon changed her mind. However the more time Andrea spent with Blake, the more she got to see the real man, and the attraction towards her boss bloomed.

I adored watching Andrea and Blake's relationship change throughout this story. Andrea had turned Blake's world upside down. He was suddenly re-thinking his idea of the perfect woman and he found that Andrea was increasingly becoming the girl for him with each day they spent together.

3.75 stars--MISS MATCH is the first full length installment in Laurelin McGee's new romance series focusing on the modern world of matchmaking co-authored by Laurelin Paige and Kayti McGee. This is Blake Donovan, and Andrea Dawson's storyline. We were first introduced to our couple in the prequel novella-misTaken-found in the May 2015 Hot Alphas anthology. MISS MATCH can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Some of the timeline runs parallel with the events in the introductory novella.

Told from dual third person perspectives, MISS MATCH follows Andrea as she is hired to 'find' Blake Donovan a wife. Blake is a billionaire CEO of Donovan InfoTech, and doesn't have time to date or go through the motions of falling in love. Our hero will place an ad for a 'personal concierge' who is responsible for finding the perfect woman who meets all of Blake's 'wife minded' demands. Enter Andrea Dawson, a woman whose ability to 'read' people is the perfect person for the job. What ensues is a tempestuous relationship between Blake and Andrea when Blake first presents himself as a no nonsense, egotistical, arrogant pr*ck.

Throughout the storyline Andrea's choices for Blake's mate are met with negativity and rejection from our storyline male lead. Andrea believes she has found the perfect women as potential wife material but no one seems to catch Blake's attention until he makes Andrea an offer she should have refused. While Andrea continues to hunt for a wife for Blake, she also becomes Blake's sex with benefits friend-on the side.

The $exual attraction between our couple is palpable. There is a definite high energy push and pull between Blake and Andrea, one that does not go unnoticed by Andrea's sister Lacy or Blake's housekeeper.
