Product Description

Discotek is an exciting new compilation series for Ministry of Sound, the 2 Disc set comes in a beautiful collectors edition mirrorboard digipak. Mixed by international superstar DJ/Producer D. Ramirez alongside Australian favourite Mark Dynamix, Discotek offers something a little bit different from the current electro-house heavy music landscape. Exploring the darker and more beautiful side of electronica, Discotek uncovers the sounds of underground minimal and tech. With tracks and remixes from the likes of S bastien L ger, Axwell / Ingrosso / Angello / Laidback Luke, Trentem ller, Stephan Bodzin, D. Ramirez & Mark Knight, Discotek paints a warm landscape of sounds, taking you on a twisted techtronic journey from the front room to the back.

5.0 out of 5 stars Aamzing compiation and an amazing mix 22 Jan. 2013
By D B Crisp - Published on
Format: Audio CD
This compilation is one of the few MOS releases of recent times to blow me away. It is an elegant mix of deep house and trance which is seemlessly mixed and the song selection carefully chosen. This will take you on a journey in the same way Northern Exposure somewhat does, I am not saying it is of that level but it is something exciting finally from MOS, especially MOS australia which outside of the endless chillout compilation still somewhat cares.

Buy this, download it do whatever to own it, you will be glad you did.
