5.0 out of 5 stars A recommended primer for the young programmer 17 Aug. 2014
By Mark Rinkel - Published on Amazon.com

Nicholas has managed to accomplish what elude many technical writers... Provide an organized walk through technical concepts in a way that young, interested readers can quickly grasp and apply. The material is highly organized with an introduction to three game challenges, each building upon the previous with additional concepts and complexity. Perhaps the reader is lured to the book by the promise of fun in playing new games, which will undoubtably be the case, but programming concepts of importing modules, generating random numbers, loops, and delays are necessarily woven into the tutorial. Luckily for the reader and beginner programmer, the concepts are easily digested, applied, and will be valuable lessons for future projects. Nicholas encourages the reader to further their efforts with additional game options and then challenges us in the third game by giving us the structure of the game and asking us to meet the goals with our own code.

Nicely done Nicolas, you have a great talent.
