I started reading the book and I have to say, it's the simplicity of the book and the practical daily life approach that I like about this book.
After all, mindfullness can only be reached by practising it, so reading many books about it will not get you anywhere. Just read this book and start practising.
If you want more, just sign up for a (vipassana) meditation course or a mindfullness training and practise it!
This is one to read and one to gift!
It would be easy to put "fluff" but this book gives specific information for a daily guide for spiritual growth.
This book should be the primer for my recent work at writingforkeeps.robinwatts.com . It would give family members a more effective session of listening and engaging in their loved one's life review.
