This is a nice short introduction to the art of mindfulness. If you are not familiar with the practice of mindfulness, this mental exercise helps one to calm their mind, dispel anxieties, and in general just become a more thoughtful and more focused person. Do you find that everything or everyone is annoying you? Are you having difficulty meeting your daily goals? Most often when a person is under a great deal of stress, the idea of taking time out to meditate can be the last thing on your list of to do's. However, because this practice helps you to focus on the here and now, it actually helps you to become more accomplished in your day, and you end up being less stressed. Try mindfulness. You body and brain will thank you.
