It's an excellent introduction to Mindfulness, which has already established an impressive track record for helping people work their way through bereavement, anxiety and depression. It's clearer than "Full Catastrophe Living" and even has exercises. My daughter belongs to a group that uses this method. I highly recommend it. Having lost my husband a year ago (on March 3!), I have found the book to be extremely helpful.
