HASH(0x999c5bd0) out of 5 stars Worst book I've read in a long time 13 Jan. 2014

Starts and probably takes about half of the book "selling" being a mindful parent. If you are buying the book then you probably also already want to be a midful parent. Then gives a view very bad tips for being a mindful parent and that is it.
Also has spelling mistakes in it. Which I make to, but I'm not writting a book.
Implies that if you get mad at your kids they will be forever scared. Non of us want to get mad, but if they spill the shampoo all over the bath, you will probably get mad. This book sugget you should not. Amoung other examples.

HASH(0x99c903d8) out of 5 stars Better and mindful parenting 13 May 2013
By Mike - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition Verified Purchase
I recently read an interesting book about mindfulness and learned it is a great way to improve your mental health and joy in life. I didn't know mindfulness could also be applied to parenting, as this book demonstrates and explains well. Being a good parent is hard enough as it is. Children have changed a lot and a different approach is necessary from when we were young ourselves. Also, combining parenting with a stressful job and a hectic life can be very challenging.

This book provides some good pointers and useful tips to apply mindfulness to parenting. This will not only make your child appreciate you better and strengthen your mutual relationship, it will also make you more confident and happy in your role as a parent. In short, an interesting book and a nice introduction to mindful parenting!
HASH(0x99c504e0) out of 5 stars Great read! 28 Dec. 2015

This was a short book, but it was good. I enjoyed reading it. It's one of the few parenting books that I've finished. Most get boring with too much explaining, but this one was informative, enjoyable, and to the point. It taught me a lot!
Side note: There were a few typos and it could use some further editing, but the typos didn't get in the way of reading.
