Recommended.One of the best book I've read on the subject.

Practical, amusing, and though provoking this is an excellent book on the subject, by a very experienced teacher.
I had bought the book as part of some research on the subject as I teach mindful eating courses, and I've sucesfully used some of the material in this book on my own courses.
