pp. 86-304 is all colour photos with little text. The first 85 pages average about 2 colour photos per page with lots of text talking about what to look for. That said, the book concentrates on the generally available items, not the depth of a particular field. For example, there are 8 meat forks for carving. Choppers and slicers are better represented with 27 items on 4 pages. Butter and cheese dishes also occupy 4 pages. There is some terminology in the first 85 pages while she is telling you what to look for, e. g. tiller handles in the chopper section.
