Not really a review- just a warning to newcomers to collecting. This book will not help you, as it gives no useful information at all. This is really to alert other newcomers to collecting that this book will not help them.
On the other hand I bought Pottery & Porcelain Marks, Gordon Lang, at the same time and it is full of useful information.
and I will now bin the former and look for a replacement hard-back to complement it.

This is only meant as a guide and is a very good one. Nobody should take the guide prices seriously as the market changes all the time but to enable identification and to age items it's very good.

Book arrived promptly and in excellent condition. It is a very good reference book and I would recommend it to anyone interested in learning more about ceramics.
