A tad disappointing. I was expecting there to be more technical information; in particular about the way in which the bridge was constructed. The book is ltlle more than a visitors's guide book.

Just returned from a visit to the bridge and was knocked out it. The book is very good. Good quality graphics, well written and quite specific. My husband enjoys it.

we visited the bridge earlier this year and while it was a fantastic structure and access to it was all you could wish there was a disappointing selection of souvenirs on sale and nothing at all like this book. It is a brilliant souvenir of the bridge experience - stunning photographs of the finished article under various conditions and great commentary of the design and build stages, with just enough technical detail to support the pictures for interested lay-people. I f you want a structural engineering lesson this is probably not the book for you, but I love it and everyone who has seen it has also been impressed.
