I would really recommend this book. I borrowed it from my local library but have since ordered it as I want to keep it for reference. I have had migraine headaches for 27 years but was still able to learn new stuff from this book and have been able to put some of the advice into practise with encouraging results. It is simple, concise and easy to follow and I have urged my partner to read it as well so that he can better understand what migraine is like for me and how best to support me to manage it. At a time when my migraine has become very frequent and severe - this book has given me resources and hope in getting it under control again.

We have been reading the book, it is now helping us to understand more about migraine. Wish I purchased the book a long time ago.
