Format: Paperback
I've been using this book as a study guide for my MCAS. All very good until you get to Chapter 4 - Handling Email Messages. The Chapter 4 that appears in the book actually relates to Microsoft Word and not Outlook!! Page 113 should give you details on Viewing Messages, and you actually get a page on Headers and Footers.

There are also 2 Chapter 5's in this book ... One for Word content, and one for Outlook.

The Contents are completely wrong - making it VERY confusing. Think the authors got a bit muddled up!!

Not sure if there is a newer version out yet, but wouldnt recommend you buy this without checking the content, especially if you need the full content for studying.

I originally had a book that had all 9 of the Microsoft office 7 books within it and lost it some how! So I saw the books seperatly and decided to purchase them individually! It's costing me more money, but in the long run it will even out for me! Good arrival time and the cost of the beek and cd was an extremly good deal!!

The Microsoft Step-by-Step series is just perfect for someone getting used to the Microsoft Office programs
or as a reference for those already using them.
Not as in-depth as the Microsoft Inside Out series, but most people don't need that level of detail.
The Step-by-Step books are the ones I've always used.
