I really enjoyed the 6 different workouts on this DVD, and found it a lot less intimidating than the fitness videos presented by size 8 so-called celebs who claim to have found it sooo difficult to lose a few pounds! Michelle has lost 10 stone and tells it how it really is, and shares the tips that have kept her motivated. Although my New Year weightloss target is only a stone, I think if she can do it so can I! There's also a booklet with diet advice, it looks quite simple so I'm giving that a go too!

admittedly its an amazing workout but Michelle McManus has to be the most annoying woman on the entire planet. The trainer'll be showing you how to do an excercise and shell say something weird like "OH THIS IS GOOD FOR BIG BUMMED GIRLS LIKE ME" and i will just be like SHUT UP. she really takes the enjoyment out
HOWEVER if you can look past that, recommnded.

I bought this the other day and watched it all in one go. Michelle and Dax are lovely people who really want you to be successful. It is well presented and not at all patronising. But I felt really let down by the way you are given so much information on what not to eat the small list

that is allowed is just thrown at you with no back up on how to eat cook or prepare it. Michelle says she is such a great cook now I would have

loved to have seen her cook some dishes to get an idea of what to do with veg, oil and meat. Some people like me aren't that creative. The only other disappointment was the exercises, while they are great they are done in 6's you are then told to pause and do more this is just annoying. Maybe I am just used to passing out half way through and learning to keep up. It might be worth mentioning the workout has no cardio. I would still recommend this DVD as someone else mentioned it is very inspirational.

Not as a life plan but a good starting point.

The plan devised by Dax Moy is the best I have ever followed. I hate gyms, exercise and following diets but this DVD and specifically the plan devised by Dax Moy has really helped me. I have lost 2 stone in as many months and feel so much better for it. I have even bought a further copy as a present for one of my friends.

Dax's instructional approach is profession yet friendly and makes you feel as if you have known him for most of your life rather than other professionals who bring out these types of DVD's where you are made to feel like an idiot.

Seriously, give it try, you won't regret it and it might help to change your life for the better.

Finally! Here is a DVD for those people who aren't a tiny size 4! As a woman who has struggled with her weight for years (believe me I have tried every diet), seeing Michelle lose what she has and keep it off has really inspired me. The diet seems to be very easy to follow and so are the exercises, this time I'm really determined. I just hope that I'm as successful as she is!

I've just bought this dvd and haven't had time to experience the full affects yet but after watching through the diet section a few times and trying out some of the exercises, it looks like a superb fitness plan - informative, fun and well presented.

I got this dvd this morning and decided to do it straight away. There are 6 workouts so I decided to do 3, but as the longest is 17 minutes and the shortest in 8 minutes I ended up doing all 6. It took about 70 minutes in total. Most of the workouts have 3 exercises of either 6 or 10 reps. You really feel like you have done a good bit of toning at the end and I broke a small sweat. The dvd has a plan where you do 2 workouts a day (1 in the morning and 1 in the evening) for 6 weeks and says you'll drop a dress size. I'm doubtful of this as it is only toning, 2 workouts isn't much and you wouldn't be doing any cardio. I would recommend doing it 3 times a week right through, with cardio 3-4 times a week as well.

The 'diet' section is rubbish and although Michelle says there is so much choice, there isn't! Eggs, protein, veg and some fruit. Not exactly full of choice.

As it is a good toning dvd I'm giving it 4 stars, but it alone wont change your figure.
