I use this a few years ago in my former church when I was preaching through the book of a of Nehemiah and as BST commentaries go this is not one of the better ones. I had used Raymond Brown before when I preach Deuteronomy and had found his commentary on that book to be incredibly useful. But here something is missing as there was a dryness to the narrative. In many other respects it was okay, it covered the text well and technical details to do the translation were very well illustrated. But what makes a Commentary truly special was definitely missing as it just didn't seem to have the kind insights or applications that are needed to help one's sermon preparation come alive by really being able to engage with the text! Probably worth about 3 1/2 stars at the best but all in all not as inspirational as I had been expecting having used the author's other commentaries before.
